Square Bermuda Megaflex™ 100x100mm Floor Waste

For commercial and residential wet areas requiring a high-flow, WaterMark certified drainage system, the Square Bermuda Megaflex 100x100mm Floor Waste combines a solid brass body with an adjustable ABS Megaflex base. Its design integrates into the tiled floor surface to provide a clean perimeter drainage gap while keeping the internal plumbing concealed.

High-flow drainage performance

The system is engineered to handle high-volume water runoff in open showers and wet rooms. It features built-in sound dampeners as standard to reduce pipe noise, and includes a stainless steel strainer to catch debris. To prevent scratching, grout blockage, or damage from trade traffic during the construction phase, the unit is supplied with a protective cover that remains in place until the final clean-up.

• 50 litres per minute maximum flow rate: Tested performance achieved with a 5mm head of water and a minimum floor fall to the waste of 1:80.
• 100mm flange connection: Fits standard 100mm drainage outlets with an inside diameter of 102mm and an outside diameter of 105mm.
• 25mm thread height adjustment: Allows precise vertical levelling of the 145mm x 145mm top grate to match the finished tile height.
• 12mm top flange depth: Provides a low-profile edge for stable tile positioning and neat grout lines.

Limitations

• Flow rates can be affected by external installation variables, including aerated shower heads, the specific drainage system design, and the surrounding floor surface texture.
• The protective installation cover must be kept on during tiling and grouting, and removed only after the installation is complete.
• Polished Brass (.04) is a raw, living finish that will naturally patina and change colour over time when exposed to air and moisture.
